★ Italian Online Magazine MMORPGItalia Interview – Yoshi-P was recently interviewed by said magazine. It was a rather short interview with very few interesting points, but there were some. Yoshi-P confirmed once and for all that Ishgard would most likely not get a housing district in along time, if ever. Another Eorzea Encyclopaedia will most likely come out after the world has expanded a bit more. And the team is still discussing if they want to completely abolish the class system! Interesting…
★ The Ala Mhigo confusion – In the previous episode, the guys read from an interview Yoshi-P did with Reddit. During that interview, Yoshi-P stated that access to Ala Mhigo was restricted when asked how we would get to Doma. This promptly made them all nervous as this seemed to imply that Ala Mhigo might not even be an actual location in the game at all. But one week later, they conclude that it might have gotten a bit lost in translation. We already know that the expansion is gonna be pretty much evenly split 50/50 Ala Mhigo and Doma. He most likely meant that we will first go to Doma, then Ala Mhigo.
★ Patch 3.56 and 3.57 – With the new patch (3.57) being announced the crew tries to predict what we’ll get. There is a growing worry that Yoshi-P’s recent statement that they wish to have shorter cutscenes at the end of HW compared to ARR means the ending of Heavensward will be mediocre or even feel rushed. Lukile is positive that he most likely meant that the cutscenes will be shorter, but that there might be more cutscenes sprinkled around fetch quests instead of a series of cutscenes playing in sequence. We’ll see soon!
★ And in the Great Discussion today they talked about how they are preparing for Stormblood! Hint: Cap your currencies.
